He called to inform ... me that my new dryer had been delivered, just as noted in my work order. He and the maintenance staff then completed the installation, respectfully using booties in my home as I had requested. Once the job was done, Carl followed up with another call to confirm everything was complete. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and great customer service throughout the process. Gary and Luis arrived first thing in the morning, communicated effectively about each issue, and provided clear solutions. They worked efficiently, completing all tickets to the best of their ability within just one hour. Even with my dryer issue, they made every attempt to fix it, but since it wasn’t operable, they ensured the ticket was properly escalated to management. I have been living here for over a year. My first 8 months here was a living HELL. Things started to change, then we got ... a new Maintenance crew and nothing happen until, until a new Manager came (Latoya) and she brought Hong Le. This man has been God sent. I say this because everything that I have talked with Hong Le about he has shown in his action. I had the pleasure of interacting with my favorite leasing agent, Sykema. My husband and I went to the office to sign our ... leasing renewal. Neither of us are tech savvy as we are both seniors. Sykema took her time and walked us thru the process to sign our documents online. I always deal with Sykema so I know she is the best. It was my husband's first time with her and he was quite impressed. He does not say much, but he was impressed with her professionalism and customer service and told her.
