I have been living here for over a year. My first 8 months here was a living HELL. Things started to change, then we got ... a new Maintenance crew and nothing happen until, until a new Manager came (Latoya) and she brought Hong Le. This man has been God sent. I say this because everything that I have talked with Hong Le about he has shown in his action. And two the two maintenance workers he send to my apartment to fix the front door and blends a don't remember there names they were awesome as well. I had the pleasure of interacting with my favorite leasing agent, Sykema. My husband and I went to the office to sign our ... leasing renewal. Neither of us are tech savvy as we are both seniors. Sykema took her time and walked us thru the process to sign our documents online. I always deal with Sykema so I know she is the best. It was my husband's first time with her and he was quite impressed. He does not say much, but he was impressed with her professionalism and customer service and told her.
